An excellent storage chest / ottoman by the ex mouseman craftsman Colin ‘Beaverman’ Almack. Rectangular form with hinged lid and trademark adzing to all visible surfaces, except the rear. Four fielded panels to the top and front, one fielded panel to each end, two panels to the rear. Standing on four square tapered feet. Colin’s signature beaver is carved in relief into the right sided corner edge.

Excellent clean condition inside and out with no staining, cleaned and re-waxed in our workshop. The leather strap has torn around the upper securing screw but this can easily be re-positioned and a new hole made in the leather, if you wish to use it. The top is hinged and will fold out flat without use of the strap.

Currently £ 1,695 to purchase new from Beaver Furniture, without adzing which is available at extra cost.
