Circa 1950s

An excellent example of the sought after earlier made rectangular solid oak  Tea Tray from Robert ‘Mouseman’ Thompson. Adzed to all visible surfaces with two  very finely carved mice  handles to the side edges. Darker fumed from new it presents with a wonderful natural rich chestnut brown colour, free from damage or staining.
