Stock ref: DS1865
Circa 1970s
The only example we’ve seen come to the market of an Albert ‘Eagleman’ Jeffray 6″ Oak Trinket Box, making it a much rarer piece than the very popular Mouseman equivalent. Carved from a single solid block of oak it features adzed tooling all over, internally and externally, with a detailed carved yorkshire rose incised into the hinged lid and baize lining to the underside. Excellent condition with a wonderful rich medium fumed colour.
