Circa 1950s/60s

An unusual  yet highly usable Robert ‘Mouseman’ Thompson Oak Side Table or small Tavern Table of irregular shaped rectangular form,  featuring an adzed single plank top 4.5cm thick, standing on 4 octagonal tapering legs wedge  jointed through  the table top. A signature mouse is carved in high relief to the corner edge of the table top.

Presents in good condition with solid leg joints, we’ve also removed the old thick varnish from the top ready  for clients to finish themselves or for us to finish for them, pricing accordingly.
