A superb early Robert ‘Mouseman’ Thompson burr oak panelled sideboard of rectangular form with adzed top and rear upstand over a central bank of 2 short and 3 long graduated drawers, flanked either side by shelved cupboards. Characterful burr oak panelled cupboard doors and side panels. Signature mouse carved to the left front canted corner and 1930s period wrought iron fittings with distinctive square headed screws.

Superb condition and colour following a sympathetic clean and re-wax, the interior incredibly clean for such an early made piece of Mouseman furniture.
