Circa late 1930s
An excellent example of a Robert ‘Mouseman’ Thompson Oak dressing table of rectangular form with a rear upstand and attached swing mirror with castellated top. Central kneehole and three graduated drawers to each side. Subtly adzed all over in line with early craftsmanship and a detailed trademark mouse carved to the front right canted corner.
Sympathetically cleaned and re-waxed in our workshop it presents in excellent condition with a superb warm rich and aged aged medium fumed colour.
