Circa 1990

An excellent solid oak Dressing Table with Mirror and Leather Seated Stool from the Acorn Industries workshop of Alan ‘Acornman’ Grainger and his later family. Of typical rectangular form, adzed nad panelled to all visible surfaces with 5 drawers, traditional wrought iron drawer fittings and a trademark signature acorn. The stool features a drop-in leather seat pad and is also signed with his trademark acorn.

Privately purchased directly from the original owners family together with a number of other bedroom pieces.

Photographed in ‘as purchased’ condition,  the table and stool will be cleaned of minor splash marks and re-waxed prior to sale, the seat leather fed and polished.
