Circa 1960s/70s

An unusual bespoke commissioned 4’5″ solid oak Coffee Table from the Acorn Industries workshop of Alan ‘Acornman’ Grainger of Brandsby. Features a thick, planed single plank  top supported by an under apron with a carved diamond frieze, standing on four carved legs, joined by stretchers. Alan’s trademark acorn signature carved to the lower section of one leg.

Dark fumed from new it presents with a rich dark oak colour and is free from stains. There is  a glued repair to one corner of the top which we have photographed in detail in the image gallery, although it is not easily seem from any distance away. As such we have priced the table very competitively.
