A wonderful example of a bespoke commissioned  Derek ‘Fishman’ Slater  refectory style oak Coffee Table inset with a sealed and polished marble top, supported on twin octagonally carved baluster legs and sledge feet joined by a central stretcher.  Fully cleaned and rewaxed in our workshop  it now presents beautifully, with just slight evidence of old loss to the inner face of one sledge foot, probably caused by chewing from a family pet. Sanded and rewaxed it is shown in the image gallery below and reflects in the great value price.

Derek trained and worked at Acorn Industries before setting up on his own, his early solo work bearing the fish signature, his later work a lizard.
