Circa 1970s

A wonderful example of a 12″ breadboard from the workshop of Robert ‘Mouseman’ Thompson. Evidence of normal usage  of both sides with adzing to the upper surface and a nicely carved mouse to one corner. The board had been cleaned but we’ve chosen to leave it in its original natural unwaxed finish. Of course it can be easily waxed if purchasers prefer which will enhance the graining and naturally deepen the colour.
