An excellent example of the sought after 5 3/4″ diameter Owl Bowl made for Liberty & Co by the Barnstaple, North Devon pottery CH Brannam. In a blue glaze, with black owl feather detailing, the owl’s face is hand impressed into 3 sides of the bowl. Factory marked as expected on the base, together with a Made for Liberty & Co stamp and an exhibition loan label (No 3) by the previous owner.
Excellent condition with no known faults.
