Circa 1970

A superb early table of irregular rectangular shape featuring a solid 2″ thick single plank adzed top and irregularly carved underside edges. A very large trademark beaver is carved in high relief to  the side edge. The table stands on four substantial
angled, tapered octagonal legs.

Wonderful condition and colour, presented in a rich warn chesnut brown colour. The top was originally varnished which had protected it from staining over the years but this has now been removed and replaced with the preferred wax finish.
