Colin ‘Beaverman’ Almack, Oak Corner Standing Panelled Cupboard

Versatile and beautifully proportioned floor standing panelled oak cupboard from the Beaverman workshop of Colin Almack. Extensive adzing to all the solid oak inlaid panels, turned Yorkshire rose door handle with Colin’s trademark beaver incised in high
relief  to the lower left panel. Three fixed solid oak shelves internally, the lower one cut-out for bottled drinks storage. the unseen corner back panels in oak veneered ply.

The top has been polyurethane protected from new to prevent staining from spills, the remainder is in excellent waxed condition with natural aged colour, no staining to the panelled sections. The current new cost is in excess of £ 1,600.

Another similar piece is avialable (stock ref: DS1247), of similar age and from the same private source but with the beaver carved in low relief to the opposite lower side and a different  lower shelf arrangement. Two wall hung corner cupboards also
available, one glazed the other panelled.
