In excellent condition, complete with original catalogue price list, confirming this to be one of the earliest made after David left Robert Thompson’s and set up on his own. Features a detachable delft rack with half penny moulded cornice and shaped
adzed sides enclosing 2 shelves and a panelled back. The lower sideboard with 2 drawers,1 baize lined for cutlery, over 2 quadruple panelled doors and an inner shelf. Panelled sides and back, turned faceted legs, wrought iron fittings. Adzed top with
inscribed oakleaf trademark.

Wonderful colour and condition. A new piece would cost approx £4,000 from similar ‘ Yorkshire Critter’ craftsmen and £ 6250 from R. Thompson’s, making this superb value.
