Circa 1980s

An excellent 9 3'4" square oak Fruitbowl from ex mouseman carftsman Lyndon 'Catandmouseman' Hammell of Harmby, Nr Leyburn.  Carved from a solid block of English oak it is of  square form with a central circular bowl and  presents in excellent  fumed  and waxed condition. Lyndon's carved signature is carved is incised to the centre of the bowl. Lyndon died in 2015.

Circa early 1980s

An excellent oak shelf from ex mouseman carftsman Lyndon 'Catandmouseman' Hammell of Harmby, Nr Leyburn. Originally bespoke commissioned as a mantel shelf fitted to the top of a fire surround. At 5'9 1/2" in length and over 6" deep it is also ideal  as a  bookshelf or display shelf.  Adzed to the front edge and top surface with Lyndon's  trademark carved cat with a mouse in its mouth it presents in a  medium fumed rich medium oak  colour. It's complete with its original wooden screw hole plugs which can be seen in the image gallery below. Lyndon sadly passed away in March 2015.

Circa 1990s

A rarely seen on the market pen tray from ex mouseman carftsman Lyndon 'Catandmouseman' Hammell of Harmby, Nr Leyburn. It presents in excellent  lighter fumed waxed condition and is tooled to  all upper surfaces.  Lyndon's carved signature is placed prominently in high relief in the centre of the pen tray.

Lyndon sadly passed away in March this year.
