Exceptional mint condition matched pair of Art Nouveau flasks with tulips in relief on the shoulder against a mottled blue and green background. The silver mounts have detachable stoppers, all fully marked for London, 1901, bearing the silversmiths mark for William Hutton & Sons. Impressed factory marks and artists initials MH (Marion Holbrook).

Circa 1880-1890

Of ovoid form with facetted sides, a slightly rounded collar neck and a circular domed foot. Tube lined and painted in the Art Nouveau style with a band of poppies and leaves in a striking blue and brown, against a mottled green background. Impressed and incised factory/artist marks to the underside. Excellent original condition, just a minor scrape to the white tubeline on one poppy.

Superb quality Art Nouveau tall vase from one of Doulton’s greatest designers, with a flared neck in blue and green, featuring spays of tubelined flowers in cream,green, blue, brown and pink glazes against a mottled marble background. Impressed and incised factory and artists marks to the base. Beautiful condition free from cracks, chips or restoration.
