Purchasing Information
All items on the website are owned by David Siddall Antiques unless expressly stated otherwise. All pieces can be bought directly by contacting David Siddall Antiques.
David’s sales / display showroom and main storage area is within the Preston Antiques Centre in Preston, Lancashire. Centrally located on the A59 to the south east of the City centre in what remains of Horrocks’ Cotton Mill, they are open 7 days a week and their staff can also handle sales and arrange delivery if required.
As stock is sold on a first come basis, unless specifically reserved, clients looking to view specific pieces are strongly recommended to contact David to confirm their availability and location beforehand.
Pricing
All prices are shown in £ Sterling excluding delivery costs, based on collection from North Yorkshire / Lancashire as appropriate, unless specifically indicated otherwise.

Delivery Costs
Please contact us to discuss your specific delivery needs as costs are determined on an individual basis, bearing in mind the size, weight, value and delivery distance. Smaller gift or decorative items can usually be delivered using Royal Mail services but larger pieces require the services of specialist carriers. We have a number of contacts for national and international deliveries and can also quote for UK delivery using our own vehicles.
Payment
Items purchased directly through David Siddall Antiques in person, or via this website, can be paid for by cash, cleared cheque or direct bank transfer. Credit / debit card payments can also accepted via Paypal, the worlds largest secure online payment and transaction service. You do not need to have, or create, a Paypal account to purchase items this way from us, although we reserve the right to recharge the merchants processing fee applicable at the time of the transaction. Please contact us for all the relevant details.
Buyers from outside the UK please be aware that all payments must be in £ Sterling to our account.
The Preston Antiques Centre have their own payment processing procedures for any items purchased through them. They accept cash, cheques or credit and debit cards and can also arrange national or international delivery. Processing fees are also applicable to credit and debit card payments made to the Preston Antiques Centre and will be discussed as part of the overall item pricing.
Returns
All items offered for sale are ‘pre-owned’ unless expressly stated otherwise . It is the companys aim to be open and honest in all its item descriptions and photography, but all clients making purchases in person are deemed to have inspected and satisfied themselves as to the condition of pieces at the time of purchase, so regretfully returns will not be accepted.
In respect of on-line purchases, David Siddall Antiques complies with all current statutory UK distance selling regulations. However any return carriage costs will be at the clients own expense.
