A beautifully original Liberty & Co Tudric Pewter Twin Handled Rose Bowl, designed by David Veazey. Of circular form, the outer body cast with stylised climbing roses, butterflies and the couplet from Tennyson’s poem ‘Maud’, ‘And the woodbine spices are wafted abroad, And the musk of the rose is blown’. The bowl is raised on a circular foot with a rope twisted decoration and is impressed to the base ‘Tudric 011’.
Excellent original unpolished condition, no losses or repairs
