Circa 1960s

An excellent example of  an earlier made 10″ version of the  highly sought after solid oak Robert ‘Mouseman’ Thompson Table Lamp. Of typical form, adzed all over on a square base with leaf forms carved to the corners and a central octagonally carved stem with top collar. Newly re-wired with a period braided 3 core wire and new antiqued brass BC22 bulb holder. A lovely well carved signature mouse to the centre stem.

Excellent condition and rich deeper fumed  and aged colour.
