An excellent pair of bespoke commissioned solid oak adzed and tooled bookends by Robert Mouseman Thompson. Carved initials for the original owners and carved year date. A superb mouse carved in low relief discretely to the side of one bookend.

Excellent colour and condition, just one minor chip to the dot between the R and M initial, shown in the image gallery attached but barely noticeable at all.

A unique and excellent collector’s piece, recently come to market from the original owners family.
