Circa 1980s

A wonderful 3′ x 2′ solid oak two tier wall hung display cabinet by the ex mouseman craftsman Peter ‘Rabbitman’ Heap of Wetwang, near Driffield. Features a traditional penny moulded top edge, sold oak back and shaped sides with a fixed centre shelf. Peter’s signature rabbit is prominently carved to the right leading side edge.

Wonderful medium fumed and waxed condition, slight traces remain of some earlier shelf staining on the far right centre shelf and on the base shelf, all shown in the image gallery below.
