Circa 1960s

 A rare bespoke commissioned pair of large solid oak Table Lamps from the workshops of ‘Mouseman’ Robert Thompson. Standing on octagonal carved and facetted bases with octagonal carved central stems, each with a signature mouse in high relief to the base. Excellent waxed condition and fumed colour.

Fitted with new antiqued brass bulb holders, plugs and period braided 3 core wiring.

We had thought that they might have been converted  to lamps from candlesticks but during the rewiring and fitting of new bulb holders it became apparent this is not the case.

Size: 20.2 (dia) x 60.5(h)cm each.
