Circa 1960

A superb example of an earlier dowelled top 6′ refectory style Dining Table from Robert Mouseman Thompson. Adzed 3 plank top supported on twin carved baluster legs with sledge feet, joined by a stretcher. Cleaned, refinished  and polished in our workshop it presents superbly, with wonderful medullary ray graining in the top. Medium fumed with a wax over polyurathane finish to protect against heat and spill staining.
