Circa mid/late 1950s

A bespoke designed Cocktail / Drinks Cabinet handcrafted by Robert Thompson’s for a dentist in the mid/late 1950s. Beautifully proportioned and adzed  to all front and side facing panels in line with early practise it features  a penny moulded top,  a hinged pull down panelled front which opens to reveal a storage compartment within. Below is a two door fully pannelled and shelved large storage compartment. Complimented by traditional wrought iron fittings. A signature mouse is incised in low relief to the lower side frame. After a full clean and wax polish it presents in superb condition free from any faults or evidence of repair, in it’s natural medium fumed and age related deep rich honey colour.
