Circa 1930s
A stunning early kneehole desk from the Kilburn workships of Robert Mouseman Thompson with three drawers on either side. Adzed to all surfaces including the panels, in line with early craftsmanship. Sympathetically cleaned of accumulated grease, grime and some ink staining on the desktop surface before repolishing with a clear Liberon wax which highlights the superb natural darker fumed and aged chestnut brown colour tones of the wood.
