Circa 1930s/40s

A wonderful example of an earlier made ashtray from the workshops of Robert Mouseman thompson. Carved with a particularly large and very distinctive mouse we’ve seen before, and  the larger bowl and smaller canted corners, notable characteristics of earlier made ashtrays. Presented in superb wax polished condition with very minor marking commensurate with original use as intended.
