An excellent example of a Mouseman standard lamp complete with electrical fittings. The octagonal faceted base is carved from a block of oak and features the trademark mouse carved in high relief on one side. This supports a tapering octagonal carved and adzed column through which the wiring passes to a brass switchable bulb holder.

Presented in pristine condition with a waxed medium fumed colour. The original invoice confirms purchase on 22/6/91 for £ 215. It currently costs £ 650.
